Do you do custom orders? TOP

Absolutely!  I love to do custom orders.  You can send me an idea of what you have in mind and I will try my best to put it in rhinestones for you.  Most of the designs I already have can also be customized as well.  Just email me ahead of time if there's something you want to change and I'll tell you if I can do it or not.

What kind of rhinestones do you use? TOP

I only use the best...Swarovski.  Each stone is made of genuine lead crystal from Austria and has 14 full facets which create beautiful prisms.  The silver on the back gives them the glitz and shine like no other.  They are unmatched in quality!  However, I also offer Korean rhinestones.  These are less expensive and still look good, especially for those who want to bling on a budget.

Can I change the color of the rhinestones? TOP

Yes, you can.  My designs can be custom made and can be done in any color.  You will have the option to pick your color when you place your order.  See Swarovski Colors for your choices.

Can I add something to a design you already have? TOP

Yes, you certainly can.  For an additional charge, most of my designs can be personalized with a name or whatever else you may come up with.

Can I change the font? TOP

Yes, you can.  My designs can be custom made and can be done in any font I have available.  You will have the option to pick your font when you place your order.  See my Fonts page for your options.

Why is the Fortuna font more expensive? TOP

This font is more expensive for two reasons:
1.  It takes more stones to make it
2.  Because I place each rhinestone by hand, it takes a longer time to place them.  I do have other fonts that are more cost effective.  See my Fonts page for other options.

FYI.....This font is done in ALL CAPS, just as shown in the picture.

NOTE:  When placing your order, you will be asked to list 2 Swarvoski colors for Fortuna Dot.  That's because one color is used for the middle line (inside) and another one color is used to do the two outside lines (outside).

What types of shirts do you have? TOP

I have a great variety of styles, sizes and colors.  Click on Shirt Styles to see all of your options.

Do you carry plus size shirts? TOP

Absolutely!  I know that all of us Sassy gals (including myself) are not skinny minnies, so I do have plus sizes.  Most of my shirts come in 2X and 3X, and some in a variety of cool colors.  Click on Shirt Styles to see all of your options.

When will I get my Sassy shirt? TOP

Because your shirt is custom made when your order it and the rhinestones are placed by hand, please allow about 2 weeks to create your shirt and then ship it to you.  However, if your design is complex it make take a little longer.  I will notify you if this is the case.  If you need your Sassy shirt sooner, please contact me before you place your order and I will do my best to get it to you. There may be an additional rush fee of $5.00.

Do you make shirts for babies and children? TOP

If you want a shirt for a baby/child, please email me.  Due to the new lead laws (CPSIA), I am unable to make any shirts for babies/children with Swarovski crystals at this time.  However, I do have some low-lead rhinestones which meet the CPSIA requirements.  I don't have my children's shirts on my site just yet, but they're coming.

For those of you who have never heard of "CPSIA", go to Google and look it up.  You will find tons of information regarding this law.  Lead is found in almost all rhinestones/ crystals.  Even if the Swarovski crystals are ingested, there is not enough lead that can leak out to harm anyone.  However, our Government thinks that they pose a hazard.  So now we cannot legally make beautiful, blingy things for babies or children with the Swarovski crystals.

What if I want something I don't see on your website? TOP

Email me and let me know what you have in mind.  I love to do custom orders and I will try to help you create whatever it is you want.  If it is some type of clothing, I have access to several vendors who supply all types of items.  Just email me and I will see what I can find.

How do I take care of my Sassy shirt? TOP

For best results, turn your shirt inside out.  Wash on gentle cycle or hand wash.  Lay flat to dry.  Because the stones are attached with glue, any heat could possibly cause the glue to loosen and come off so it is best not to put your shirt in the dryer.

Will the rhinestones come off? TOP

With proper care of your sassy shirt, the rhinestones will not come off.  However, if for some reason this does happen,contact me immediately. I will figure out what needs to be done to get your shirt looking sassy again.

Can I return my Sassy shirt? TOP

Because your shirt is custom and handmade just for you, I cannot accept returns.  This also includes no returns for a wrong size.  If you are unsure as to what size you should order, please contact me BEFORE you place your order.  If I made a mistake on your shirt, let me know within 5 days of receipt.  I will exchange the item at my expense.

How do I pay for my Sassy shirt? TOP

My preferred method of payment is PayPal for credit/debit cards.  Just follow our ordering process and it will guide you through the steps.  PayPal is very secure and your transaction will be processed immediately.  YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.  Once you complete your order and are taken to the PayPal website, look in the lower left hand corner for "Don't have a PayPal account?".  Click on "Continue" and it will allow you to enter your credit/debit card information without creating an account.

If you would like to mail your payment, I will accept a personal check or money order.  Once your payment has cleared, your shirt will be shipped.  There is a $30 fee for checks that are returned for insufficient funds. Contact me and I will give you the mailing address.

What are your shipping charges? TOP

Shipping is $6.95 for orders up to $99.00.  If your order totals more than $99.00 your shipping is FREE.  All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  I will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shirt's journey.  We are located in the metro Atlanta area.

If you are outside the U.S., please contact me before you place your order.  I will need to set up a special product for you with shipping charges.

Will I be charged sales tax? TOP

Sales tax of 6% will ONLY be added to orders that have a Georgia address.

What is your privacy policy? TOP

I truly appreciate all of my customers and would never do anything to jeopardize your business.  Any information collected from this site is used strictly for billing and shipping your order.  I will never give your information to anyone. You can feel safe when placing your order with me.
